Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes, we do! Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of a Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate code redeemable only on our website.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

Shipping Questions:

What are your shipping fees?

For United States ground deliveries the fees start at $5.99 and are adjusted based on your address. You can get an estimate of shipping charges in the cart area. Orders shipping outside of the United States have varying fees depending on the destination country.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Your Gents cap, is hand made, on demand, just for you. Once our embroiderer has made your cap, we will ship it to you along with shipping confirmation and a tracking number for you. All orders ship 7-10 business days.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Standard ground shipment in the United States may take up to 7-10 business days. If your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after if it is in stock. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day; if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from UPS once your order has shipped.

What happens if I order a product that is Out of Stock?

If you place an item in your shopping bag that is currently out of stock, the Gents Customer Service department will contact you informing you about the availability of your purchase. If you are looking for a specific Gents product that is not available online or have questions regarding current inventory, please contact us as info@gentsco.com

Canadian Customer Disclaimer

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.***Please note we cannot ship to Canadian PO Boxes.

Returns and Exchanges:

What is your return/exchange policy for online purchases by mail?

Merchandise may only be exchanged via mail within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by original receipt received with the shipment delivery. Merchandise may not be returned for refunds. Exchanged goods must be returned unused with all original garment tags attached. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. **NOTE Personalized/monogrammed caps are not eligible for exchange unless manufacturing defect is evident.

How can I exchange my purchase?

Simply write to info@gentsco.com to request your exchange form or download the form here. In most cases, Gents will also arrange for UPS to send you a return label for your shipping. **NOTE Some recipients outside of the United States may not be elligible to receive free return shipping.

Miscellaneous Questions:

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

How can I obtain information about selling Gents products?

If you are interesting in becoming an Authorized Gents Retailer, please send an email to info@gentsco.com with your inquiry and we will provide a retail application for your completion.
