Returns and Exchanges:
What is your return/exchange policy for online purchases by mail?
Merchandise may only be exchanged via mail within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by original receipt received with the shipment delivery. Merchandise may not be returned for refunds but can be returned for store credit. Exchanged goods must be returned unused with all original garment tags attached. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. **NOTE Personalized/monogrammed caps are not eligible for exchange unless manufacturing defect is evident.
How can I exchange my purchase?
Simply write to email@example.com to request your exchange form or download the form HERE. In most cases, Gents will also arrange for UPS to send you a return label for your shipping. **NOTE Some recipients outside of the United States may not be elligible to receive free return shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping rate estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
